Hi, I'm Abhilasha — a strategy & growth leader based in Bengaluru, India.

I went the classic engineering + MBA route followed by the "glamorous" strategy consultant life, before taking a leap into the startup world. I bring both structured thinking and a bias for action to everything I work on, and seeing my ideas transform to reality is what excites me the most. I'm currently driving growth for an entertainment startup, where we're reimagining how stories are told, with AI at the centre of it.

Outside of work, you'll find me lost in a good book, painting or trying a new craft form when I need to slow down. And then there is travel — my ultimate escape. I love exploring different corners of the world, chasing sunrises and sunsets, hiking over mountains, or snorkelling in some part of the ocean.
